Festive and Retro
String up some Christmas lights. What? Really? Isn't that a winter thing? Well, yes. But you'd be surprised how delightful a string of lights on a warm summer's evening can make you feel! Give it a try and enjoy an evening of music.
Dinner Recipe
Chicken and Mushrooms
Don't let this simple dish fool you into thinking it won't be deliciously complex while also filling you up. With the right amount of love, this Midwestern pairing will send your tastebuds soaring. And, you can at least spruce it up a bit by throwing on some green garnishes. Festive!
After Hours | 8:00 PM CDT
Nate Sheppard is a multimedia creative from Northern Wisconsin who fell in love with ambient 80's synth music when he first watched the hit 80's-infused Netflix show, Stranger Things. His performance will feature him playing around with all the synth sounds he can find on his computer while displaying some of his favorite works of art that have been submitted to the festival galleries.

Festive and Retro
It'd be a bit of a shame to listen to these 80's-inspired tunes without dressing the part. So, dig in your closet and pull out that tie-dye scarf or flower-power vest. Wait... that might be the 60's. Well, pick your favorite era and represent! And share your outfits with us using the #artfestonline hashtag. Especially if you're dressed like the gal in the picture above.
Dessert Recipe
Bailey's and Coffee
Dessert and drinks all rolled into one! Bailey's and Coffee is a favorite of Nate and Andrea's which has just the right blend of sugar, coffee and alcohol. What's not to like? But, let's be honest, there's a good number of liquors that go great in coffee. Or just drink it straight. We won't judge.
Don't Forget
This festival is all about getting into something creative. So, whatever you do, put this music on in the background and start working on something for our two contests, our communal art project, or one of our other galleries.
