AFTER HOURS at 8:00 PM

Settle in for a delightful and classy evening of some the most popular classical works written for the piano. Spanning almost 200 years of creativity, tune in to hear your favorites by Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, and others.

The Musician

Emily Baltzer holds a Masters of Music in Collaborative Piano from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from University of Northwestern—St. Paul. A Dallas-based pianist and coach, Emily was most recently seen music directing Gabriella Ortiz’s opera Ana y Su Sombra, as a part of In Series’ “Women’s Composers Festival” in Washington D.C. Her 2020 work with the company also includes leading a tango ensemble in Tim Nelson’s Le Cabaret de Carmen. Upcoming projects include Portland Opera To Go’s Hansel and Gretel and Red River Lyric Opera’s Midsummer Night’s Dream.
